    + How much does this cost?

    299.00 per month. The first and last month are billed up front. Then monthly invoices will begin 30 days from the first date of live installation. 

    + How does it get programmed?

    Because we specialize in only BHPH we will have most of what you need thus reducing the time you or your team need to put in. We will have 2 or 3, 15 minute calls with your staff and then as time goes on in reading the chats if any unforeseen questions come up we will immediately program in your most desired response. 

    + Why do you say this is the one employee who will never stop improving?

    Because in addition to our proprietary software we also are linked into Chat GPT 4 and with every single transaction the system begins to adapt to the tone, intellectual level of questions, learnings from previous questions to ensure that your Virtual BDC never stops getting better.

    + How many locations can I use this on?

    If it is the same name just at a different location we only charge ½ of the monthly fee for a second location. If it is a different name we require a standard fee due to set up and customization for that location.

    + How can I customize this to my dealership?

    You can choose the gender, name, and even an avatar for your dealership. (Do you have a mascot or spokesperson?) Additionally, all the information and questions and answers can be 100% customizable to your specific need and guidelines. Also, we have the ability to add or subtract any answers you wish changed, or new questions you need added with answers on a same day turnaround.

    Yes you can. We can have automation for the leads to be placed into your CRM (depends entirely on your crm company) and we can email every chat lead in real time to whomever in the dealership you want to receive them

    No it does not, but we build in links to the inventory on your site.
